Hello and welcome to S P Hypnotherapy.
I'm Phil Stone, and I'm a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist based in Herne Bay, Kent.
The basis of Clinical Hypnotherapy is to enable someone to use their own natural resouces to help them change the way they they think or behave. In a way that they want.
It's safe, pain free and relaxing.
It can also be incredibly powerful, resulting in amazingly positive results. All you need is a belief and willingness to accept that you can change.
I specialise primarily in helping clients with weight management and also sports performance. Being an ex motorcycle racer I know that the mind is the key to success.
With Clinical Hypnotherapy you will never do or say anything you do not wish to. At any point in a session you can open your eyes and leave should you choose. I have no control over you at all.
"Hypnotherapy is a very powerful means of changing the way we use our minds to control perception and our bodies." (Dr David Spiegel MD)
If you have any questions or would simply like to know more, please contact me. I'm here to help and you will be under no obligation.
Your privacy is assured at all times.
Successful long term weight management starts with the mind.
Changing the way you think about food and your lifestyle can be far more effective than simply dieting.
Please feel free to contact me if you would like to discuss your own situation.
I recommend 3 sessions. The initial session at £60 and 2 follow up sessions at £25 each. However, you are under no obligation to have any follow up sessions.
A natural side effect experienced by many clients is that they also feel a positive change in regards to their day to day lives in general.
I AM NOT QUALIFIED TO ADVISE ON DIET AND EXERCISE.
Please read the "Fees + Conditions" page.
It's no secret that your mind can affect your performance when it comes to sport or recreational activities. Everyone recognises that being in the "right frame of mind" is the key to training and performing well, or simply enjoying your sport or activity. Mental barriers need to be overcome before the physical achievment can be attained.
A desire to perform better or experiencing anxiety or lack of confidence are common issues that can be addressed with hypnotherapy.
So if you're involved in team events, solo events or leisure activities at any level from recreational to professional, your mind can be the key to achieving your potential.
An initial session (£60) is often all that is required but follow up sessions (£25 each) are available.
A natural side effect experienced by many clients is that not only do they feel a positive change in regards to their sport or activity, but also in their day to day lives.
Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for appropriate and realistic instruction, training and practice. Injuries should be assessed by a relevent Health Professional. I am not qualified to advise on these issues.
Please read the "Fees + Conditions" page.
All hypnotherapy sessions are strictly by appointment at my office in Herne Bay.
Weekend and evening appointments may be available.
To book an appointment, or if you have any queries, please contact me by phone, text or email.
Prior to making an appointment it's important that we have a short, informal talk on the phone to ensure that hypnotherapy is suitable for your personal situation and that I give you the best possible treatment based on the information you give me.
Please read the "Fees + Conditions" page

Q. How does hypnotherapy work?
A. When the mind is relaxed through hypnosis, the unconscious becomes much more receptive to positive suggestion which can then bring about a change in the way you want to think and behave.
Q. What does it feel like to be hypnotised?
A. Everyone experiences hypnosis in different ways but it is often described as a combination of intense relaxation and daydreaming. I've lost count of the number of times my clients have told me they didn't want to open their eyes at the end of a session because they were enjoying it so much!
Q. Will I be in control during the session?
A. Yes, at all times. You will be free to open your eyes and leave the room at any time during the session should you choose to.
Q. Is it safe to drive after a session?
